The chair

Back

This chair was my first trial with virtual furniture. I started three times and I'm not satisfied altogether now
This chair I found in a joiner book as a drawing .
At first I tried to export the drawing directly in the terrain editor of Bryce. Together with a wood texture it was not so bad.
Today I would say that it was more like a hedgehog then a chair, but two years ago I was satisfied.
The gray scale picture for this version I made with Corel Draw, much better then Photo Paint.
I made the round parts of the chair with the terrain editor and not in RDS, because the Bryce versions 2 and 3 don't like to complicate groups. The second reason was that I wanted to learn.
Much later I included the two heads from poser to the chair. With Bryce 4 you can do things like this.

Bench

Back

This was my second trial with terrain furniture. The gray scale picture for the terrain editor I drew in Photo Paint.
It was hard work with several masks, but it was possible. Now I use Corel Draw to create the gray scale picture.
In the beginning it was not so easy, but I learned a lot.
Corel Draw is much more accurate and much better prepared for the job.
This is a model from a joiner book.
